Community Admin Assistant- Connellsville Towers

Must have good phone skills, ability to listen & document phone calls. Good interpersonal skills are a plus, job includes a great deal of communication with prospects, applicants, residents, family members, vendors & outside agencies. Must have proficient computer skills, ability to use word, publisher & outlook as well as have the ability to be trained in Onesite, a program used daily on the property. Must be organized and reliable.

Responsibilities included completion of monthly newsletter, monthly& weekly mailings, processing repair requests from residents and staff, answering & documenting phone calls & application/information requests, interacting pleasantly with residents, vendors & visitors to the property. Making and maintaining copies for office paperwork. Handle mailings of office paperwork, information & applications. Updating the information board & bulletin boards. Other ordinary & typical office duties apply.



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
