Postition available in Butler and Kittanning

You will oversee team members as they prepare and serve food, and direct the day to day operations in your assigned restaurant. If you have the experience and want to develop your management career, we want to talk to you.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Leads the successful day to day operations of the restaurant. Trains and develops staff, provides top notch customer service, and maintains budgets set by our Director of Operations. In addition to following Valley Dairy policies and procedures your responsibilities include

  • Identifying talent, interviewing, orientating, and hiring new staff

  • Building sales and maintaining strict budgets

  • Performing administrative duties including payroll, inventory, purchasing, and proper cash handling

  • Writing schedules that meet the needs of the business to ensure quality service while maintaining financial responsibility

  • Successfully communicates company changes to all team members

  • Ensuring that safety and security standards are adhered to

  • Maintaining a clean restaurant with excellent quality food that complies with the National Food Code

  • Assisting in local store marketing programs


  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Prior leadership experience preferred, but not required

  • A minimum age of 19 years

  • Reliable Transportation


  • Ability to develop positive working relationships with all restaurant employees

  • Ability to communicate clearly and listen to guests and employees

  • Knowledge and ability to use current hospitality software and basic Microsoft skills

  • Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service consistently

  • Ability to lead and develop people

  • Basic business math and accounting skills

  • Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
