Applicant must be able to work the following schedule:
7am-3pm - Mon, Wed, Fri 12pm-8pm - Tues, Thurs Job responsibilities include:
Greet patients Create patient files Direct patients through the registration process Answer multi-phone lines, filing, faxing, scanning documentation Collect all insurance information, verifying patient demographics, collecting and processing payments Assist licensed therapists in treatment of patients, as delegated by the therapists and according to the federal guidelines and state practice act.
Prepare equipment and supplies for treatment.
Maintain a clean and neat office environment.
Maintain an adequate supply of linen necessary for daily functioning of the office.
Launder and store linen.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Must have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and be a team player.
Experience preferred but not necessary.
