Monitor through audit procedures and audit cashier daily reports.
Conduct investigations and research, utilizing back-office software reports.
Develop procedures to advise, train and counsel field operators on shortage control and asset protection.
Manage in-house charge systems.
Process, print and mail cards and invoices.
Review merchandise inventory reports for accuracy.
Coordinate month-end close of retail accounting sub-ledger.
Prepare, analyze, and review daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation and analytic reports.
Record A/R and G/L payments and prepare daily bank deposit.
Gain and maintain knowledge of accounting systems, policies, and procedures.
Ensure integrity of the retail accounting audit process and maintain appropriate documentation for all sites.
